DSi - animation app + facebook uploads
Daily Needsnow for the longer-ish bit
XDA recent free app (or DSi Ware) which has been released lets you animate with your DSi and if you register to the homepage (which is free) you can upload them to the servers for public viewing and rating, both on the website and if you are viewing them from the app on the DSi.

not many animations at the moment, but im getting ratings
*dances*As you could probably have guessed been flooded by Lazar animations and the dancing ones, etc etc but some of the are so awesome
